Leading Culture Launches: Bringing Joyful and Confident Inclusion to the Workplace

We are thrilled to announce the launch of Leading Culture, a brand-new inclusion business founded by Ali Hannon, that is dedicated to helping organisations create and maintain a diverse and inclusive workplace culture. Born just before the lockdown in 2020, Leading Culture began life as Ali's dream to create a business that supported organizations with the trickiest parts of inclusion. Building on their years in the corporate sector as well as their comedy performance career, Ali wanted to make learning joyful, and more importantly, inclusion something everyone felt confident with.

With the support of some amazing, smart, and courageous humans, Leading Culture is the culmination of this dream. We are excited to start working with clients and making a positive impact on their workplaces. Our team of experts is passionate about creating fun and engaging training programs that inspire and motivate employees to embrace diversity and inclusivity.
